I...I found you through Lizzy Baudler's website. It's a short piece, but I adore it. I really do. I like how the setting is described mostly through actions with only the occasional physical detail. I like how every character's movement is tied to emotionally charged rhetoric and how the precise image of the girl makes her stand out from the din of the protest. The whole thing has an amorphous, kind of chaotic quality to it that really works, especially in contrast (or hell, complementation) to the sweet romantic bit at the center. It feels like a hazy memory that you like to fall back into.
